Availability to Customers
No downtime during releases is now available across North America, APAC & EMEA regions. We anticipate rolling this out to Japan in June.

Previously, users could access basic functions such as image hosting, link redirects, tracking and forms data collection during release windows.

Exceptionally Long Running Tasks - Best Practices: Exceptionally long running tasks that exceed 12-16 hours may be cancelled and restarted after the release window. We recommend that you schedule any exceptionally long tasks outside of the release window.
